Licensed Practical Nurse

$1500 SIGNING BONUS | LPN

We are looking for a reliable LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to care for assisted living facility residents in a professional and considerate manner. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor. LPN professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. It is a demanding job but also very rewarding.

Salary: $24.00 per hour
1st and 3rd shifts with some evenings and weekends.
$1500.00 signing bonus for 12 hr. 3rd shift from 6pm to 6am full or part-time nurses. (Bonus to be paid $500 after 30 days and $1000 after 90 days.)
Benefits include 401, PTO, Holiday Pay

Medical Aide

The Medical Aide is responsible for the most direct care of the nursing home resident. He/she will observe the residents and report any changes in condition to the Shift Charge Nurse. Medical Aide will assist residents with activities of daily living and related non-professional services in caring for the personal, comfort and nursing care needs of the residents.

Salary: $12 – 13 per hour
1st and 2nd shift with some evenings and weekends. Full time or part time positions available.

Dietary Aide

Putnam Heritage has immediate openings for full and part-time food services positions for 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends, and holidays for our all-inclusive assisted living facility in Ottawa, OH. No experience required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $12 – 13 per hour

Dietary Manager

Oversee the management of a kitchen facility, daily food service operations, managing dietary staff and interacting with residents to ensure satisfaction and nutritional needs. Other duties and include:

  • Interviewing with, training or recruiting staff
  • Organizing staff working schedules
  • Developing client-specific dietary programs
  • Establishing a budget and working within its confines
  • Purchasing supplies and equipment
  • Ensuring safe storage and preparation of food, that meet all standards and guidelines
